Hot Staking Machines are offered specifically for joining winding wires to commutator segments of Armatures The machines are offered in manual operated, and semi auto functions, KVA Rating is 8.5 KVA and 10 KVA. Semi Auto machines are offered with Indexing heads.

	Hot Crimping Machines are offered for joining leads to field coils. The leads are of flexible PVC copper wire where as the winding wires are solid copper enameled wires, The joining lugs are formed in the machine itself.

	Hot Brazing Machines are offered where the conductors are of very high cross section. Normally these cannot be hot crimped as in above two processes. The brazing method is used for such jobs. The strip type conductors are generally used in auto starter armatures such armatures are brazed on these machines, strip type field coils, high section copper conductors in transformer industries use such machines.
